i noticed that there were different water colors on the loopy landscapes package but ther is no option available on the options menu,is this a joke?
The water is only a different color (red) in a
"Martain Landscape" scenarios. The only way to change the color of the water is with a trainer.

No Problem; there are three (I think) scenarios with red water: Crazy Craters, Icarus Park, and Venus Ponds.
