How do I Load Trainers?

I just tried to load a trainer but I dont know how. Can you tell me how. :)

I still have to download a trainer and then load it! I have not done it yet because I'm worried about my computer crashing.I'm the one who asked how do you download trainers?.

If you have all three games for Rollercoaster Tycoon. Download the swiss army knife trainer. When you use the trainer double click on the trainer, then click the left rectangle to close it and then start Rollercoaster Tycoon. After that start Rollercoaster Tycoon, the trainer should work. Does this help any. Also write down the codes using F1-F12 before using the trainer. Helpful tips. Any Questions?
