How come Top Gun at PGA only has 7 row cars?

It's been a question in my mind for a while and I know that most inverts ususally have 8 cars. How come PGA's only has 7?

Possibly a weight factor. A heavier train travels faster and sometimes a element has to have a certain speed.

I think because Top Gun is so short, the speed thing is a very good observation to, the ride is extremtly intense and it might go to fast through the loop and corkscrew.

The first helix up is pretty dang intense too.

Vortex at PGA also only has 7 rows. I'm assuming it's like that for the same reason?

I also thought this, both Vortex and Top Gun don't have alot of room for Block brakes and stations, this could also be true.

I know that's the reason Iron Wolf @ SFGAm has only 7 rows, that thing flies through each and every element at top speed, I'm pretty sure that's the reason for PGA's Top Gun too as well as Vortex, they all take their elements at top speed, so if the train was much heavier, like another seventh of the weight, it'd probably be a little bit too intense for many of the riders.

The Vortex at Paramount's Carowinds is a stand-up, it has only 6 rows.

Maybe because these are the first B&M Stand Ups and Inverts.. so it was a beginning for B&M

But Batman the ride was before Top Gun and it has 8 cars, so it couldn't be the face that it was B&M's first invert.

Both Vortex's had only 3 cars per train when they first opened. I remember reading that in an old coaster book. They said it was to give everyone a similar ride experience. I wonder why they added cars? OH WELL! hehe
