How close are SFEG and Lakeside?

How close together are the two Denver parks?

Um, no! Lakeside is located near I-70 in Sheridan. Sheridan is located west of Denver. Elitch's is across I-25 from Invesco Field at Mile High. It's not a walk! If you were to walk, it would take a couple of days. Don't listen to millrace, his statement is NOT true! Trust me, I've lived in the Denver area my whole life!

All I did is check a map. 3 miles was a quick straight line estimate. I suppose they are 5-7 miles apart by road. I never said it was walkable. Heck, there are many places that are within sight of each other, yet are not walkable thanks to wise highway planning. :)

The fact remains that the parks are relatively close to each other.
