How can you upload screens of your files?

This may be dumb and it may have been answered but I havn't seen anything on it so I thought I would ask. Of course what I need to know is how to upload a screens..(For RCT3 files of course)Do you have to use Fraps all the time or is it in the game like RCT2? *** Edited 10/27/2004 10:05:17 PM UTC by Evolution***

Ok..thanks for that.....so F10 takes the screenshot...but then do you upload it just like the RCt2 screens were done or is there another way?
