How can I fix the wackyness in my NoLimits silumator?
Last night, I was going through my computer deleting a lot of things that I don't use or that I didn't think I needed (about 10 Gigs worth). I never went near my NoLimits folders, but when I start my simulator, first off, the loading screen text is all jumbled, then in the simulator itself, the sky is some weird metallic looking surface, the train's colors are all skewed, the rails of the track aren't the right color, the walls of the sky look like really dark, stormy clouds, and the only right color is the track itself and I think the supports. Can anybody tell me what I deleted? Or what I can do?
Did you try reinstalling it. If you don't have your original copy of NL you should contact their support, I keep mine in a safe spot with my unlock information with it so just in case something like this happens.
BTW what version are you using 1.55? 1.6? or 1.7?

I'm running 1.7. I'm not quite sure how to reinstall it. I also have the program on my laptop (I know it sounds silly to have it twice, but my laptop won't run the simulator at 50fps like my desktop does). Is it possible to put all my NoLimits files from my laptop onto a flash drive and then place them into my desktop?
Yes, you can do that. I just transfered my NL from my desktop to my laptop doing that exact same thing.

OK, if it was just a copy and past move then you should find your original instalation and reinstall it. Also try updating your NL 1.7 to 1.71 at http://www.nolimitscoaster.de/ (Just came out today). Otherwise make a contact NL support for it and I hope you still have the reg key info as the Tia's Construction Kit Registartion Recall only works with NL 1.55 and before.

Might not be No Limits... are you sure you didn't delete something related to your graphics card?
It's not NoLimits... it's something else. My Google Earth also doesn't work properly. I might have deleted something related to it, but I have no idea :(
I'd wager a messed up video/graphics driver, given that the NL simulator and Google Earth are not working properly.
I'd reinstall the latest Windows update, then update your graphics card, then re-install NoLimits and Google Earth.

If I recall correctly Google Earth uses Open GL, which is the same engine No Limits uses. I think you may just need to update your driver. E-mail me if you need help figuring out what graphics card you have. *** Edited 1/3/2008 10:32:55 PM UTC by a_hoffman50***
