Hong Kong Space Mt. Pictures

Over at Screamscape he has posted 2 pictures of Space Mt. in Hong Kong one showing the track before the roof and one after the roof is on. here is a link

The Disneyland and WDW Space Mountains would look very similar if you took the roofs off. If you've never been in Space Mountain with the lights on you'd be surprised at how cluttered it looks. It is almost impossible to follow the track of the ride.

Does anyone know who is supplying the ride? Is this another Vekoma coaster?

If so, I wonder why they're going with a "traditional" Space Mountain instead of the looping one at DLP?

Its the exact same SM as the one being installed in DL, so basically a recreation of the old Anahiem version.
