Hong Kong Disneyland reveals landscape design

Introducing the landscape design for the Hong Kong Disneyland resort for the first time, Paul Comstock, director of Landscape Design of Walt Disney Imagineering, said that the first and foremost objective of the landscape design for the resort was to support the strong traditions of Disney storytelling.

I there any reason that Disney did not include a Frontierland in the Plans for HKDL?

By the way, Disneyland Paris' Frontierland has an area named "Fort Comstock"... ;)
