HoliWood Nights in '07?

My 9-yr-old nephew has been asking both his crazy grandpa and uncle to take him on a trip next year to Holiday World and Cedar Point. Shame he'll still be in school when HWN is held. Maybe Con?

mOOSH [wouldn't miss it!]

My daughter has the 18th off from school for Prom. Good choice of dates HW. Thanks for hosting this event again.

^^ Why would he want to travel with two "mongeezers" such as you and Papa moosh... ;)

Stupid Lori, making me edit my post... LOL! :) *** Edited 10/18/2006 1:33:48 PM UTC by rollergator***

Actually it would be three. Mama Moosh is, at least for now, insisting she come along to "keep an eye on us."
LOL Bill. Sorry I snuck in on you.

Moosh, school didn't stop Jordan from going to HWN last year ;)

Ah...so she got my email. :)

Holiday World

What an outstanding use of frequent flyer miles.

Yes! Thank goodness it is not Memorial Weekend again.

Already reserved my hotel!

Interesting that I had already planned on visiting Holiday World and Dollywood that very next week.

Thanks Paula! Sounds like a Blast. :)

Sounds like a great event. I think a fair price for both days would be around $40 or more. I'd pay that!

I got a little heat from the wife this year over HWN being Memorial Day weekend. I think it's better if it's an early weekend instead.

The only struggle I'm seeing is that I want to bring my family, but also treat this like a graduation perk for my son. The problem is prom. It's his senior prom weekend. UGH! :(

Honestly, for me, it all hinges on his decision. IF he's game, though, I'll have the fam there.

Whoop Whoop, God bless Holiday World ;)

Unfortunately, I am scheduled to be in Reno, NV that weekend. No HWN 2007 for me. :(

^ Sweet.... :)

P.S. Only the ones with kids, Paula... ;)

How about hosting a prom at HW? There's enough pavillion space. Problem solved.

Hello, Hello! (hola!) I rode a ride named Vertigo!-with apologies to U2

Yay! I was worried I was going to have to miss it due to a scheduling conflict with another vacation (I'm sorry, but hiking and biking in Lake Tahoe has to win that battle).

The trick for me is, I have a conference at Purdue in July, so I may book HW for that trip instead...or maybe I'll do HWN and then hit IB or PKI when I head to Purdue...so many choices.
