This whole change in time for Indiana has gotten EVERYONE upset! I grew up in Chicago and my husband grew up in Connecticut, we have MANY thoughts of moving out of Indianapolis.(some day we will leave) We're on Eastern time. Just about everyone I talked to would have rather been on Central.

It's screwed up!

Anyway...I can't wait to listen to the Podcast for this weekend! If I would have found out about HoliWood Nights, BEFORE I booked our hotel in Sandusky, we would be going to HoliWood Nights. There's always next year!

Can't wait to see the pictures and hear all about it!

But no matter what they do with the time in Indiana, it shouldn't confuse us...Holiday World has been on Central [Daylight|Standard] Time since before the Raven was built. So while the rest of the state is all confused about what time it is this summer, Spencer County, and by extension Holiday World just keep on as they have for years. :)

Is haubstadt IN CDT too?

Haubstadt IS on CDT as well.

Maybe there needs to be an explanation of CDT added to to the FAC. ;)

When I was there for SRM 2003 Each County dedided if they wanted to be EDT or CDT. Sometimes whenever you crossed into a County you would see a sign that read (Name of County) and below it the time zone they were on. Some didn't however and I actually risked getting a Ticket by driving fast to an Attraction that I thought was going to close at 5:00 PM, then I get there and I discover I have an hour to spare! (I thought the Counties did this to drive us Tourists NUTS! :) )

Weather is looking good for the event, high of 90 deg for Saturday ... ouch! By the way, has anyone noticed that the New Moon is on Saturday. Boy those are going to be some sweet pitch black night rides. :)

Yeah, I was looking at the weather as well. I can't wait for the SS ERT Saturday morning. That will be a great way to cool off. ERT on a Zinga will be the best though. The thought of reriding a Proslide Tornado with no waits.....yum!

I wonder how long the Raging Rapids line will be later on in the afternoon..........;)

Thats good news for those of us that dont like water parks, this means shorter lines for the coasters.
