Holiday World Info

I'm looking to make my first ever pilgrimage to Holiday World. I was wondering if anyone knows of a place I can find discount tickets and a nice, inexpensive place to stay. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If you go to the Holiday World website, there is a page that lists a variety of discounts. C-Buzz Club members and ACE members get in for the $14.95 mega-discount. That is a significant hook-up, by the way.

If you're a camping type, the Lake Rudolph campground is really nice. We stayed there over SRM weekend, and it was great: shaded, clean, convenient, and cheap. I don't know about hotels, as I've never stayed at any in the area.

I recommend the Sleep in at Jasper, it was around $65 a night and very nice for an economy hotel. Courteous staff and free breakfast. It's about 30-40 minutes from Holiday World.

Santa's Lodge is within walking distance of the park. The cost is slightly pricey at $109 night if I remember correctly as to what I paid. However the convenience is not to be beat by anything except the I thought the rooms were very nice and has plenty of ammenities. You can even get some discount tickets at that hotel.

There are 2 Hotels at the Dale exsit, a motel 6 and some other hotel. Then there is a Comfort Inn(just opened I think) at the Ferdnind exsit, there both only like 5-10 mins from the park.

I'm going on the 15th, and I was wondering........for the discount do you just present your card when you buy the Ticket or do you have to go to a guest relations building (like when you go to other parks with a season pass)?

Just show your membership card at the ticket window.

If you want a cheap room, check out the Motel6 and Baymont in Dale, IN. You can usually find rooms for around $55-65 per night. The drive is about 10 minutes to the park.

For $75/ night (minimum of 2 nights) you can stay in a nice rental RV at camp rudolph. Full kitchen (including pots, pans, dishes, etc) and everything you need minus towels and sheets, to be able to sleep up to 8 people. We stayed in one with 6 guys during SRM and it was great.

And if you want to walk to the park, it's not far. Or a very short hop in the car as opposed to the 20-40 minutes of most hotels that are considered "nearby"
