Expanding the water park; I was hoping for something more; here is the link:

Mamoosh's avatar Anyone who's been to the waterpark knows how insanely popular it is and that's where the park needs expansion the most.

Good choices ;)

The only 2004 Coaster Calendar still available, plus holiday & all-occasion cards. All at S&D Greetings.

I do like that the park will now be non-smoking!

john peck's avatar Yeah, the non-smoking park is great as well.

So, how does HW not annoy smokers with that rule? Do they provide an area outside the park to smoke in or how will that work??

I was kinda hoping for another flat ride or Carousel as well. Maybe it's in the works....

Just like in Splashin' Safari...we will provice a few designated areas for smokers.

Agreed Moosh, however I do remember waiting/seeing hour plus waits on Liberty Launch several times, and I never saw the wait dip below 30 min. Overall I would say HW's lines seemed the longest I have ever seen them in my 10 years visiting that park. Seems like they could have done something to HW as well. Oh well...

Peck there will be smoking areas inside HW similar to what are already in SS and Holidog's Funtown.
Coaster Count = 230

The waterpark additions are very welcome. Especially the raft conveyor on Zinga. Anyway, the waterpark can get super packed and anything to disperse those crowds is good.

This space is not in operation today. Please accept my apologies.

john peck's avatar Ah, I see, I was under the impression that both parks were going to be completely "smoke free".

You idea makes more sense!

After PKI picks up their own ProSlide Tornado, HW answers with the largest simultaneous racing slide complex in the world.

Has anyone noticed that with Zoombabwe and Jungle Racer, HW started developing '-est' ride that actually matter to a broad audience? I mean, you're only going to build so many world-biggest coasters before the returns diminish and the audience gets much smaller.

The big question: Have the regional waterpark wars begun?

The scholar, the eternal question and a lot of REALLY stupid jokes. Celebrate Pancake Day 10/27. Check local listings for events.

Aside from the Disney parks is Holiday World the first park to go non-smoking across the board?

Wow, talk about a capacity boost. That 10 lane racer is nuts.

Here's to hoping that if we all behave next year (And stop trying to come up with lame arguments about why we should break rules on rides) we can have ERT on this in a few years. Of course, with 10 lanes it'll probably have a short line most of the time anyway.

Jungle jets sounds cool, too... looking forward to seeing more concept art on it.

Touchè, teacher, touchè.
