Holiday world and PKI

Jeff why is it ok to speculate on what Holiday is getting for 2006 but not PKI. You closed my thread but let the Holiday world thread. You might want to reconsider it. I don't see what is wrong with speculating what parks are getting.

To me that is part of the fun. It is not like the Italian Job has not opened yet. I see nothing wrong with it. Anyway I also thought people might know what was on the previous ride concept survey since you can't see it now.

Typically the park announces attractions like this in either september or october. Major attractions are announced earlier but probably going to be not a major attraction after Italian Job. So that gives around 3 or 4 months of time to speculate on what they get. They might not give a press release but usually have a tease about what they are getting in a season pass newsletter or something along those lines

So should everybody wait till september or october for the offical announcement? That does not make sense. I don't see what is wrong with a thread that discusses what they are getting. I used work at the park as a ride operator and sometimes knew what they were getting. But this is different, there is nothing wrong with a guest speculating on what a park is gettting.

Holiday World has an imminent announcement and is holding an open dialog with us through the Holiblog.

That's a far cry from random speculation.

Because Holiday World has been posting clues and teasing us on what they're installing, and your PKI thread was nothing but a baseless wish list?
