Holding brake on impulse coasters?

I was wondering if there is a holding brake on the impulse coasters? If so, does it set itself automatically or do you set it yourself? Thanks in advance.
Nope, it's not there (unless it's a researchable improvement I don't have access to yet). Kind of a shame, considering he had it in the verticle drop tower - why not the impulse?

What about a twisted spike on both towers like Wicked Twister?

My last question is how you have it travel through the station. Do you set how many times or is it automatically set to a certain number?

You can set it to how many times it passes through by you choosing.
One neat thing is that you can actually build continuous circuit impulses. Imagine the whole coaster as a box shape. They look weird anyway.
It doesn't have to be box shaped. Look at Volcano at PKD.
Yes, but you can't use curves, so no V:TBC :(

You did NOT just say we can't make a VTBC?

Great now Chris has dissapointed my two times already and I dont even have my copy of RCT2 Yet. First he did NOTHING to fix the TA2K and now this with no curves on the Intamin Inverted coaster. And sure he can get the 4D in the game but the TA2K has been around longer than the 4D and the Intamin Inverted even Longer. They better fix that in the expansions.

Are you able to make a large strait spot of track on the way to the front spike like all the impulses. I wont like it if you have to launch it out of the station and right into the spike

Ummm, I've used curves on an Intamin Inverted in the game, I don't know what you guys are doing.

Edit: And yes you can make a long straight section of track before you start your spike.

The only way to make an impulse turn it one 90 degree vertical turn and pullout and do the same over and over again. I've found its tricky to get it to line up with the station again at the end.
