high Scenery..?

Is there any trick to getting scenery up above something like a 300 ft. tall elevator observation ride? I am trying to do so, I cannot seem to succeed. I know holding shift raises it and lowers it, but the ride is so tall it is off the screen even when zoomed out...any suggestions...?

I had the same problem I stilll haven't figured out how he built the real world ones I built one on the farthest zoom out on the highest resolution which gave me more room on the computer screen but it's still nowhere near as tall as the ones in the Six flags games and it has no top since i couldn't line them up right

Try increasing the resolution, not the adjusting the zoom.
Or.... Raise one plot of land at its max height where you want your support at, then build the support on the high plot of land then when you made the support high enough then lower the land to its normal level. My highest support is around 350 feet.

It's easy. Just hold shift, and bring it as high as you can. Place the scenery. Then, put the cursor over it, hold control, then shift, and place a new one higher. Repeat until it is as tall as you want, then, delete the lower, unnessesary scenery objects.
