Hi, Coasterbuzz!

Hi everybody! I am a new member here and I would just like to introduce myself. I find a little odd that no one else had the name roller coaster. I've read the Terms of Service that it said to. I'd also like to know the do's/don'ts, and whatever else there is to "survive" here. Once again, hello, and thank you for a comments on this topic.

Yeah, welcome. Um, just a warning, before you post any topics be sure to search to see if they have been discussed. People get really disgruntle when you don't.

Anyway, staying here is easy as long as you remember these simple rules:

- Never post in all caps

-Forget everything you knew about exclamation points. You never need more than one.

- The answer to any question about Mamoosh: The Ride is an emphatic NO. I can't stress that enough.

- Post immediately after any Captain Obvious post to say "Amen!" or "I couldn't possibly agree more". If you need assistance with this important civic duty, go see Koaster King. In fact, he may provide a little too much help.

Well, I must go. Mind your manners and don't run around raising havoc. See this shiny Minivan of Justice? Look, don't get all technical with me--there's salt on the roads and all. Anyway, you wouldn't want me to open this sliding door...

Welcome! I find it funny that I as well find new Coasterbuzzers suspicious.
My advice would be to always read more than you post. You will learn a lot more that way.

Playa, the longer you are around, the more I can happily say that you make "***** slapping" a pleasure beyond words. I might as well hang up the spurs because I am not anywhere close to as witty as you, and I practice it all day, no less. *sigh*

Use of alot of stupid abbreviations only enthusiasts would know and you'll fit right in(j/k). Thanks for reading the T.O.S. People get very very mad at the littlest of things including myself sometimes. So just basically follow those guidelines and you should fit right in.

This thread should be a great pointer for all newbies! I forsee that anytime a newbie posts things that cause great annoyance or displeasure, they'll be linked to this thread. Keep up with the tips everybody and we'll have a reference from now on. :)
