Hey everyone, Ge-Force2 problem
Hey everyone, how are you all? I just got a new computer with 256MB of RAM and a Ge-Force 2 MX 200. I played No Limits before I installed the Ge-Force 2 and it was slow, and after I installed the Ge-Force 2, it was the same speed, about 4FPS!!! What is wrong, can anyone help please?

Do this: Go to www.nvidia.com and download the latest drivers for your operating system. Run the program, reboot, and I almost guarantee that your problem will be solved.

cdrpointcrazy4 - I have the NVida GeForce 2 MX400...your problem is that when you installed the card, it installed with improper drivers. Eithier download the drivers like Jeff stated, or use the CD that came with your card. You'll see a big difference once the drivers are installed...I myself get 70+ FPS.

Intel Pentium 4 1.5GHz
512MB RAM
32MB GeForce2 MX400 4x AGP w/TV Out

Don't bother with the included drivers. They're often old and not based on the newest reference drivers (from Nvidia's site), which means they don't include the latest tweaks.

I'm downloading the Detonator(sp?) driver. Is that an ok one? I'm sorry, I don't know my drivers to well....
I have a Nvida GeForce2 Titanium. With all settings maxed out except the one, I put Very Good insted of best, I get 85fps when i look at a handful o track. When I look at olot of track it goes to 42-48fps. When I look at almost the whole track or most of it ( depending on size ) I can get 12-21fps. It doesnt bother me. All the graphics are turned up so everything is clear. Very good card think.

I have a 64mb Geforce2 MX 400 and 256mb ram and i used the included drivers on the cd and i get about 75 fps on average, i get about 50 at the least and 100 at the most and i have all the settings on the maximum except i keep my resolution on 800*600. I also have a P3 866.
