Hersheypark's Sidewinder stopped mid-cobra roll

If I'm not mistaken, Boomerang is the most prolific of any of the production model coasters on earth.
Part of the attraction with these rides is the compact footprint into which they fit six inversions. It's hard to find that with anything else and the parks can market them accordingly.

The credit ho in me is always slightly dismayed to know there's one at any new park I'm about to visit, so after a little research to make sure I haven't already ridden it somewhere else, I tough it out and get in line for an experience I've had dozens of times already.

I agree that Hershey's is one of the best I've ridden, the trains and the restraints are wonderful and certainly make it more comfortable for me. It was one I was glad I waited for.

Carolina Cobra got the upgraded restraints, and became pretty tolerable.

Of course, in a park with Fury and Hurler and arguably the most snappable set of flying skooters in the country....I'll still pass. Because "tolerable" just isn't enough justification to ride a Boomerang.

You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)
