From the official site:
Wildcat is back, and seeking vengeance. Our all-new wood and steel hybrid coaster, Wildcat's Revenge, takes riders through one-of-a-kind thrills found only at Hersheypark. Climb a 140 foot hill, hit max speeds of 62 MPH, dive into an 82-degree drop, invert 4 times, and stalk your prey through the World's Largest Underflip on three custom trains.
From what they are showing it looks great. Already looking forward to a ride and a pilgrimage to Tröegs next year.
Whew. Skyrush, Candymonium, Fahrenheit, Storm Runner, and Great Bear are all in the same park in addition to this? Hershey Park is one of the coaster capitals on the east coast.
Is that a pre-lift block? Will it help? They can't not stack three trains on Candymonium.
That being said, I'm sure they'll have an absolute winner on their hands come next summer. I hope ops can keep up and hours get extended. Hershey seems to get more and more popular every year.
I rode the original Wildcat as my first GCI when I was 9, and I don't remember much about it except being disappointed. Unfortunately, I live in Utah and it is quite the trek out to Pennsylvania, but hopefully I can get out there soon, this thing looks like a top 25 overall coaster.
I rode Wildcat in 2021 and it was...rough. I look forward to riding this at some point. Storm Runner is excellent and Candymonium is a top B&M hyper, but I could probably never ride Skyrush again and be okay. That said, I can't seem to find a layout anywhere. What the heck in an "underflip?"

Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."
Hershey's lineup has made it one of the premiere megaparks in the area for quite a few years now, and the evidence is that it's almost always mobbed. I've ridden Wildcat a handful of times throughout it's life and it was always less enjoyable than its layout suggests due to its roughness. This looks like it will be fun.

What the heck in an "underflip?"
From the press release: "an inversion that begins with an upward climb, followed by a counterclockwise 270° roll and a dive down towards the side."
I'm still not sure I understand it. Even through pausing, it was hard to interpret it with the quick cuts in the video.
That's what I thought, but I didn't think the description of a counterclockwise roll matched with the direction the train was traveling before and after the inversion.
Yeah, the description sounds more like the weird inversion on Storm Runner, or something similar. I feel like "underflip" is how a 4 year old might describe any coaster inversion.
It is apparently the first inversion on Joker. (Starts at about 1:00)
I would describe it as an overbanked turn or Stengel Dive, but entered by rolling the "wrong" way.

Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."
The POV snippets do not show the first element after the drop, but if you pause at 23 and 26 seconds you can see the leadup to it and what it looks like.
Looks fun. I'd love to get back to HP soon!
This looks great, and honestly will probably get me back to Hershey in 2024 after the first year crowds die down.
"World's Largest Underflip" is quite the underwhelming superlative. Looks like a fun ride and will be a nice addition to our previously planned Hershey trip this summer.
Great replacement for the Wildcat, and just what I was hoping for. I may have a new favorite coaster in the park. I already got the email for the first rides for king size passholders. Can't wait.
