Hershey Help

Yeah, the tower isn't rotating only at this time. If your going to ride it, try and get a good seat, but that may be hard to do.
I have another question. I can't believe I forgot it before.

Where are the best places to sit on Storm Runner, Lightning Racer, Wilcat, Comet, and Great Bear?

Sorry for all the questions but I want to make the most out of my trip. Thanks.

The "Where should I sit" is all subjective... depends on the individual.

Personally, for me it is like this: Comet = Front; Great Bear (or any other B&M Invert) = Front; Wildcat = Front (not nearly as rough); Lightning Racer = Front (if you are going to get any air on this coaster, it is up front); Storm Runner = Back (that launch will leave your stomach sitting on the tracks)

Also, with regards to the Giant Wheel, the ONLY part of the ride that was painted was that silly red "starburst" around the hydraulic drive. It's still coming out in October. *** Edited 8/19/2004 2:45:34 PM UTC by Comet Rider***

I don't want to believe you because I love the Giant Wheel. It is what I look forward to when I visit Hersheypark. Can you explain how you know this information, so I know whether or not to believe it yet. So far I've only heard this information as an unsubstantiated rumor. Hersheypark has a history of maintaining older rides and the Giant Wheel always seems popular. Thanks.
