Help loading saved games

I need some help. I have installed the Swiss Army Trainer, but am unable to load any of the games which I have played while using it.

When I try to load one of the games, nothing happens.

Do you have a patch? If so, and it's not installed, that could be your problem.

For trainers you need the Drexler patch to load any of your saved games.

I have the patch installed.
