Help finding movie set in theme park

I'm trying to find a movie I remember seeing as a child that was set in a theme park. So it's was probably made in the mid 80's and possibly set in Playland Vancouver. There were 4 teens in a park. A guy played a sidestall and won and the girl asked for the cuddly toy at the top and she said something like she wanted that one because it was hard to get and she was anti social. Later they went on a Zyklon/Wildcat type ride and the girl screamed (as they do) and her breast came out (as they don't do). okay I was a teenage male and remember that bit, but the film was funny and I wouldn't mind seeing it again (the film not the breast). Anyone have any idea what this was?

Sounds vaguely familiar, but I got nuttin'....
