Hello from Australia Where are the coasters???

Hello I am in Australia and there are almost no coasters here. Every person that I talk to has heard of roller coasters but never ridden one, weird. Are there any Australian coaster buzzers or sombody who has been to Austrlia who can tell me WHERE ARE ALL THE COASTERS. I am staying in Bathurst and I heard there is an old senic railroad nearby. I also saw a roller coaster in Sydney from the harbor but the park is only open on weekends.

I myself will be visiting Australia next February and have started to research their coasters. And boy, do I have a new appreciate what we have over here! Talk about a coaster starved continent! I'm amazed that the biggest park only has 4 small coasters! But the parks themselves look pretty interesting and fun.

Go to the below link, then scroll all the way down to "Worldwide-Official Sites". Under Australia is the only 4 parks I could find info on. Dreamworld seems to be the best, with the Tower of Terror and Giant Drop, a 39 story freefall. Looks totally awesome!

Or you could pull up the Australia parks here on CoasterBuzz in the parks section and fill-in the missing rides in the contribute section... (yes, there is a site outside of the forums! ;))

I recently returned from the land down under (see TR at http://www.coasterbuzz.com/forums/thread.asp?ForumID=13&TopicID=1127 ) Well anywho yes Dreamworld is the biggest park but there are a few other parks in that area. First was Warner Brothers Movie World that featured one coaster, Leathal Weapon a vekoma SLC and a Wild Wild West water ride. Also a small park names Seaworld has a corkscrew rollercoaster. All of these parks are about 30 min. from Brisbane. In Sydney there are two parks Luna Park with one rollercoaster from what I understand never runs and a park named Dreamland that I don't know much about. I'm sure that there are other parks if you just look for them.
I found dreamworld, It has a corksrew rollercoaster and a wooden rollercoaster but I couldn't stop there, maybe later...
