There are no actual limitations. The limitation is that you can be properly secured in the train. If your legs are short enough and flexible enough that you can fold them into the car, then fasten your own seat belt and (apparently depending on who the operator is) snug it down a little bit, you can ride. The measurements that CP gives on their website are guidelines which apply to all rides. If you are overly tall, for instance, anything with a shoulder bar could be a problem. If you are big around, you might have seat belt problems. If you have long legs, you might not fit into some cars. They are not size-based restrictions, they are physical limitations based on the seats on the trains. As the CP website suggests, there is no good way to predict without extensive measurements exactly how well you will or will not fit into any ride.
