Does anyone think we'll see a coaster of extreme height built ever again?
No. Height is done. I suspect the new trend will be width. Parks all over the world will compete for the title of widest coaster on the plant.
It will be for the amusement industry what bell-bottoms were for pants.
Width. It's the future.
It's not the length; it's the girth that matters.
Oh, were we talking about roller coasters? Um ... never mind.
Puh-leeze. Width is so passe. In the future coasters are going to be all about girth. Parks will be constantly battling over who has the thickest woodie...
