Nope 16% isn't controling enough to throw someone out. At least not if the stuff Shapiro is doing works. These guys in charge probably have a minimum of a 3 year lease on life as of right now.
it's 16% for both. one is at about 7 and the other 9. snyder has about 12.
Yeah but snyder needed to get everyone else to vote on throwing them out. No one with any smarts is going to vote to throw snyder out so soon after this change. You want to destroy a value of stock, change top the board frequently and see what happens.
