Have you watched Rollercoaster and played "what's missing"?

It was just on Universal-HD. Freeze framed many times during the Magic Mountain scenes, indentifying things missing now or not yet there. With HD it was easier to see more of things in the distance, in perticular during the on-ride stuff. Please tell me I am not the only one that has done this. I feel like such a dork ;)
Nope, never done it, but I do go to PKD now and look for whats missing. Like half of the Lake.

I've actually never seen Rollercoaster.

I go to Cedar Point about once a week and play "what's missing." It always seems to be the same answer: logical operational policies.
I got to Coasterbuzz and play "what's missing" and more often than not, I see it's patience with new members that's missing.
Best reply ever Homey G!

Good one Homey! Yesterday I bought a used VHS version of "Rollercoaster" for 99 cents but haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

Does youngstud really DESERVE more patience? ;)

Granted, however, when newbies show up and ask "Is S:TE a coaster", we should be more patient...as long as they don't ask Kennywood's closing time... :)

Oh no. This better not turn into 'Is S:TE a coaster?' thread. We've all seen what happens. :)

i'm not sure what to put here..

S:TE being a coaster or not is up to debate...but I will definitely say that it's missing from the movie.

Do I win a prize?

Fever I really enjoy the Simpsons. It's just a shame that I am starting to LOOK like Homer.

I watch and remember when one could actually visit the park and not feel like pulling your hair out in frustration an hour into your day.

Yeah, I have watched "Rollercoaster" and always played "what's missing"?

What's missing is good acting and a decent storyline. :)

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.

Only as far as Intamin is concerned.

"Big Boy comes to town, throws his weight around..." and as far as acting and a decent storyline are concerned, this is a great movie for "it's time". It also features one of the worst filmed shots in cinema...the end scene where Bottoms' character is hit by Revolution and chucked into the ground...BAD! The rest of the movie is pretty good. I've watched it at least a hundred times already.

Sorry, I just gave away the ending of the movie! *** Edited 7/17/2005 6:32:03 PM UTC by Marky Mark***
