P>ONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #c0c0c0">I just wonder, has any buzzer ever been on a roller coaster TV show or video??? Like the enthusiast that ride a coaster explaining all the elements of the coaster, or something like that??? It's just that I see a lot of coaster fans on that videos and I wonder is anyone of them is here.../P>
You will in May of next year.  I'll be in front of the Incredible Hulk going, "The Incredible Hulk is number 1!"...b/c it is (according to the Discovery Channel)

I've been on Discovery as a blurry spot on Millennium Force, an ABC affiliate in WV, and Fox News. CoasterBuzz has been in the LA Times, AP, Stuff Magazine, a Toledo TV station, the Sandusky Register and a few other places people have told me about, but I don't remember.

Stephanie, my wife, will be on a future Discovery program.

I have been on TV a couple of times.  First is in America's Greatest Coasters: The Next Generation (I'm back right on the yellow train of Raging Bull when it comes into the final brakes).  I've also been on The Boss' commercial at SFStL (actually got PAID for that one!  $514!).  Next year I should be on the DSC for a coaster show involving the #1 ranked wooden coaster, The Beast (yes, I laughed too).

I've also been in many newspapers when Raging Bull was first opened.  Kept a lot of that stuff to see 30 years from now.  :)

Nitro, Legend, and IOA. Is there anything better?

I did an interview for a Toledo tv station during Millennium Force press day. I also did a radio interview during MF's premiere season too. I was on the front page of the "Sandusky Register" this May. Next May I will be on the Discovery Channel's top 10 coaster show. I'm riding and narrating Magnum, gasp-yes Magnum and not Raptor!
It was a blast!

Ah I was in the commercial for Batman: The Ride at SFGam when it first opened. Got paid also, I worked there. Was an 8 hour day just riding, what can be better? Also in the commercial for Space Shuttle America when that opened, walked around looking dumb, I do not remember if you can see me. On Batman you can see my feet. Also was working on the Demon when they filmed that commercial of it going through the corkscrew with the train coming right under it. Other than that, sadly nobody has asked my vaunted opinions on a coaster show.

For you Clevelanders, did you ever see the Big Chuck on Little John show where they are at Cedar Point?  Yeah, that's me and KicksTheSky zooming by on Bluestreak. ;)  I remember being so worried that my Asst. Principal would see that since we were sort of taking a day off of school... *trails off*

***Why can't all parks have a Millennium Force?***
...so we're on Raptor later, get off the ride, and come face to face with a film crew in the station from Fox 8 news..turns out Little John was on the train behind us ( I'm still not sure as to whether he met the height requirement or not..) Then we're riding Blue Streak later on and a helicopter is hovering above the ride, getting footage for the show. Go figure we skipped school once the entire year to go to Cedar Point and we managed to end up on TV...

Shake 'n Bake: riding Meanstreak on a hot day
Get this...I am with an agency in Chicago that casts extras and stuff in movies and tv, and two years ago I got casted in a SFGAm commercial. How cool was that! I got to ride for two days and get paid for it!

You all *might* see me on this years #1 wooden coaster on *next* years DSC show. Look for the one guy riding Raven who looks like the "guest of honor" at a KKK rally and that's likely me (and that's all the hint I'm giving...)

Hey Chitown, please close this topic and kick both of them off the furoms (sic). 2Hostyl and Jack Daniels No 7 do not belong in these forums at all. Plus 2Hostyl seems to have a problem to complaine (sic) alot and get into it with others. - IL_MForce_Junkie
Well, when it was opening day of Nitro at SFGAdv, there were a couple of men with cameras videotaping everyone coming up the queue house, and then loading the train, riding the course, getting off the train, and exiting.  If they ever showcase Nitro, I may be present in the tape.

Also, you know the famous picture of Medusa East going through one of the corkscrews?  Well, I'm in that picture.  I'm in the front row on the seat furthest away from the camera.  I noticed this when I piked up my Season Pass Value Book last year and the picture was on the cover...I was like "HOLY FLURKING SHNIT!  THAT'S ME!"  It was a "you had to be there" moment, lol.

If you see me running, try and keep up!

I was seen on a local CBS station on a special for Boulder Dash.  I was one of the Ride Ops in the background......My 10 seconds of fame
I'm might be on the Discovery 2002
does anyone know the rankings of DSC 2002 show?  i ask this because some of you have stated that the beast and hulk are #1.

While it's not for a coaster, I was a Newpaper insert for Southwestern Ohio for PKI's Fearfest.  You can see me getting the crap scared out of me.

I was in the background of the Millennium Force shot for CP: World's Lagest Amusement Park.

I belive the rankings for Discovery Channel 2002 are taken from Discovery Channel Fake Online Poll.

Anyone wanna take a look at my mug, check out your taped copy of A&E's top 10 wild rides from last year. I'm sitting in the backseat of the #2 ride, Ghostrider.

I'm sitting in 2.1 right on Magnum XL-200 in last year's Discovery footage behind Magnum Dan.  He's in 1.3 left so you can get a good look at me the whole time. :)

Also I'm in the newest CP video made by Dan Feicht, in the Raptor reverse POV of all things.

Woohoo!

Well, after the Batwing shoot tommorow, I might be featured on the Discovery Channel. Someone also recognized me after an interview I did for the Batwing media preview. I'm still waiting for my residuals.
