That's because they couldn't find a 400 foot long tarp to cover the whole structure.

This is crazy. If anyone remembers I posted a construction update not too long ago(maybe a week ago) that showed the same pictures that they said you couldn't take. In fact I'll go one more and post the links to them again for everyone.
