Has anyone ridden X since it has re-opened?

I'm just wondering, has anyone ridden X yet since it re-opened. Are there any noticeable changes? How long is the wait?

.....I was there 3 weeks ago. I prolly won't beable to make it out there for atleast another 10 years too. It was a once in a lifetime experience to go to SoCal. But both Xcelerator and X were closed on my visit. Yeah thats right, Xcelerator was closed too. Totally sucked for that matter.

I have heard that the lift is considerably slower, but the ride itself is smoother. Smoother meaning that the rotations are no longer bumpy, same said with the outer seats.

This is good news to me.

Hmm, slower lift could make two train operation easier.

All I need is 4.5 million bucks and a half a mile long sliver of land and maybe someone could build me my very own Shivering Timbers. ;)

I heard the lift was a little slower but not a lot slower. The person I talked to though said the ride itself felt the same as it did before. Not smoother nor rougher.

And exactly how rough is it? Painful?

I rode X on Monday, and found no major differences to report. The lift was indeed a bit slower, but it did not change the ride at all.

I have not been on it but my friend said it is "bouncy."
