Has anyone one ever had any Roller Coaster Nightma

I was just curious to know if any of you have ever had any bad dreams about roller coasters! I had a dream last night about being on the Titan at SFOT. We came down the first drop, went through the underground tunnel and up the second hill, just as we were getting ready to round the corner and go down our train just sailed straight off the track! I was in the front seat and saw it first hand. We sailed through the air till we landed on a street in some suburb in Arlington. Funny thing, I was just fine, I got out of the car limping and helped other people out, only one person died!! What a crazy dream, it woke me up!!:( This isn't the first nightmare I have had, I have had many! No matter the nightmare -I still LOVE my coasters!!:):)

I had one the other night too!

I was on the front seat of S:UE at SFWOA and the launch failed and the train slowly rolled out to the bottom of the twisty spike. Then all of a sudden, the thing was launched at 70mph and flew off the top. I remember thinking, I hope it lands back on the track. I woke up before I found out!

I had dozens of dreams about coasters. Once, I remember a dream I went on revolution at sfmm and i got stuck on the loop, I also had a dream that I went to sfmm for a school science trip and we stayed their watching the coasters but we didn't even ride any, we just watched them and ate lunches there, I remember I begged a teacher if we could go on a coaster, the teacher said yes after we were in line they said its time to go just when we were sitting in the train. That was one of the weirdest dreams i ever had..

I've had bad coaster dreams before like alot but the one that sticks ou tthe most is the this one when i am riding the racers at PKI and when it on the turn around on the forward side and the train flew off the track and it smashed in the fence and left a big dent. No one was hurt they all walked away. I woke up scared but i still got on the coaster the next day. But the day after i went to the park i was over a friends house and her fence had this bid dent in it like the one in my dream. So I asked her how that got in there and she said some people smashed into. I looked and sounded just like what happened in my dream.

i had this dream just last night...
i was in the front seat of the giant dipper at belmont park...
it was going along and suddenly the train in front of us just stopped... and we stopped right behind it...
i wanted to keep going so i reached out and pushed the other train
suddenly the train rolled down and derailed and fell off the track... suddenly i dont know how but we were going fast again... and the train just flew off the top of a hill it was really high
thats when i woke up

Yeah i have a a few dreams. One time i dreamed that i was getting on the robin side of batman and robin the chiller,and then they said clear and my harness was not even down and be blasted off and i heard a lady in my dream say o my god and screamed and then i woke up. It scared the sh** out of me. But i still got on it the next day.

The best thing about ride dreams, is you actually feel the rides, the + and - G's, the drops, and all, its great!! *** This post was edited by colin mcwilliam on 8/8/2001. ***

I had a cool one about MANTIS before I rode it. The restraint's weren't working, so I had to hang on for dear life, getting battered around in the air, only holding on with my arms. I loved it!!!! Too bad the real coaster isn't as cool :-(

i had a dream i was on mantis and on the turn around before the first drop we fell into water. when we were in the water the restraints poped open and i swam to shore. dont know about the other guests.

I was on Goliath and on the first drop i went flying. Then I landed on Riddler's Revenge. My whole spanish class was on it and they were singing "Ride wit me" by nelly in spanish. Talk about crazy! :)

I was going on X-Flight and the restraints weren't anything but strings and they tied me in by my hands. So i was just hanging there and i went down the hill and woke up. At least Vekoma doesn't make em like that. I liked the real X-Flight better...

I always have nightmares of Magnum flying off her track, ironically, she is still my favoite coaster....

I had a dream when I was very young about riding a coaster that only existed in my mind. I was riding and we came upon the tunnel at breakneck speed then I realized that the entire tunnel was filled with ice. Before we got our heads chopped off I woke up. Maybe that is why I find coasters with tunnels a lot more anxiety inducing.

i had a dream about being on talon and not being strapped in right and faling out.
i also had a dream about being on magnum and they were doing construction on hte track and we just flew right off.

This doesn't count as a nightmare, because I enjoyed it. We were launched on Hypersonic, and as we started up the hill, there was a recording,"prepare for lockdown" or something like that, and the brakes statred catching. A foot after the last brake, weightless, and then the incredible backwards rollback. It seemed our train was on that tower four about four or five seconds, and like colin said, it felt so incredibly real. Now, my biggest dream is to have that happen, as long as the brakes stop you going backwards and the next train remains waiting where they were when I rode it for real:), anyways I heard a rumor that S&S was toying with the comps to make stuff like that randomly occur, I can only wish.

yeah i had one i dreamed i was on High ROller on the Stratosphere tower and i fell out and fell down down down. But i woke up after i fell about 100 feet.

I had a dream the Millennium Force was going really high and fast, and the airtime lifted me out of my seat, my legs were dangling from outside the car..it was pretty cool...

Millennium Force: The Future's Riding On It

Last year right as I was really itching for a ride on Millennium Force I had a nightmare that it had rained so hard that the lake had come up and completely engulfed Millie in water. Talk about sinking :)
