Has anyone ever been to BGW on Easter Sunday?

Im thinking of making my first trip of the 06 season that day, and I was wondering if anyone has been there in the past (or worked) and can give me an idea of the crowds. PS tried the search and found nothing, probably because Easter is a different day year to year.

for those that say they don't have a crystal ball ('cause i know somone is gonna say it), it doesn't mean they can't get an idea or see a general trend. [ie: martin's fantasy island the last 3 years, park was literally deserted on 4th of july until 6 PM when the madhouse of guests come in (free admission) -- just an example to prove a small point]

and to answer the question, i have no idea. sorry i couldn't be helpful but i sensed a wave of critisizm aimed your way.

^Thanks SFDL_Dude, I know Im opening myself up to criticism but and I wouldnt be doing this for any day of the week, but since its a holiday you never know what the affect will be on crowds. To further qualify, I realize no one owns a crystal ball but Im just wondering what the trends are year to year.

You might want to ask the Easter Bunny. ;)

A day at the park is what you make it!

^How would he know, he sleeps all day Easter because he was up the night before laying eggs everywhere ;) *** Edited 3/7/2006 4:16:19 PM UTC by Touchdown***

It would be just the local crowd, which is very much weather dependent. I was there the day before Easter last year. It was quite cool -- we needed jackets. Our longest line was 50 minutes for a front seat on Alpengeist early in the day. The crowds thinned out in the afternoon / evening and we could ride anything (including Alpengeist front seat) with just a 2-3 train wait.

Here's the TR:
