Yes, people have been to Schlitterbahn - preferably in the summer. ;)
Yes, I used to live right next to Schlitterbahn. It's quite amazing. Not only that, but it's got the best master blaster I've ever seen, that could be because it's about half a mile from the company that makes them. It's really the Cedar Point of waterparks.

Hey now, I was there in spring, and it was quite warm. Seriously, Schlitterbahn was great, even though only side of the park was open (Blastenhoff & Surfenburg because of the early season). We did see a sign that said "2 Hour wait from this point" for Master Blaster. Let that be a warning that this park gets seriously crowded during the summer. We heard that the employees can't even go there on their day/s off. One warning about the Master Blaster slides—make sure your swimsuit is on real tight or you may not have one on by the end of the slide. The water pressure is that forceful. On the other hand, it's the world's most fun bidet (not that I've ever tried one before:)).

[Throwing up] haha... I hear that their Master Blaster is the best in the whole country... Can't wait for summer!!

I was, yes was, the first person to have the whole "Coaster..." name... back in 98 at an anonymous coaster site. So don't try to take credit!!! -Bill Jansen
one sided - the owner of the park invented the technology used on the master blaster.

But besides inventing the technology, he owns the company that makes 'em.

Dont get me wrong, Master Blaster is a great ride, but I have to prefer the "old park" tube trips they are so long, have moments of excitement and are also very relaxing. When I went in July (mid week) if you werent in Blastenhoff when it opened you had that dreaded 2-3hr wait. Only a max of 30 min in the old park

I agree, Touchdown. Gotta love the old part of the park. I was actually shivering on a 90-degree day because of all the shade the trees offer. Once I got to Blastenhoff, though, I felt like an egg on a frying pan.

But you have to admit, that lazy river in Blastenhoff is awesome.
