Harry Potter

Does anyone have ideas for a Harry Potter-themed park

Quiditch

Spell Classes

Basilisk

-----------------
Don't Worry- Its ONLY 230 feet tall.

The-Ride-That-Must-Not-Be-Named

The Bludger

A themed mine ride based on the Diagon Alley bank vaults. (the roller coaster aspect was all but cut out of the first movie)

A day is a drop of water in the ocean of eternity. A week is seven drops.

I though of an idea last week. But first things first, you must be under 13 to think Hermione is hot.

Anyway, I was thinking maybe for a scenario you could build Hogwarts with all the water around it, and then maybe out of the park you could have Hogsmeade and the train station, and then the scenario is that the muggles are coming and turning it into an amusement park.

I am not the real Chris Sawyer...Or am I?...No.

I've always thought that Hedwig's Flight would be a good name for a flying or inverted coaster. you could make the owlery (the place where the owls are kept) the station, and perhaps have it fly into the Hogwarts great hall during part of the ride.

"What am I doing?" "OoohwhAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"
Formerly Glidein
use a top spin as the tree Harry crashes into in the second movie. don't know what the name was or whatever

Wood Rules!

The Whomping Willow. And it's obvious that Hermione will indeed be hot when she gets about 6 years older.

How about that last contest thing in the fourth book where Harry and that other guy are going through the maze and they end up in that graveyard thing.

-----------------
I lost my hat on Poison Ivy. How pathetic.

Yeah, and then at the end of the ride you have to cut your own arm off like Voldemort's cronie did.

The (Golden) Snitch - golden-colored coaster (anything fast that has sharp turns)

Nimbus 2001 - Intamin Giga colored like the broom

Fireball (or whatever his new broomstick is) - Red B&M

Slug Launch - Themed after Ron's technicolor slugs.

Then of course you could have a themed ride/section named after each house, using the house's colors.

Thanks guys these are some awesome ideas. I already started to build a quidditch field. I'm trying to build Hogwart's but it's difficult.
Hermione will be hot...
I was also thinking about a mine ride themed to Gringott's bank and maybe a dueling coaster for Gryffindor and Slytherin. I want to make a flying coaster themed to Fawkes, the phoenix. What kind of coaster do you think would best suit the quidditch theme?

I think an inverted coaster would be good for quidditch. Either than or a LIM coaster.

If you're going to put in Hogsmeade, make the seven underground tunnels that go back and fotrh from Hogsmeade to Hogwarts.

Also, in the "Forbidden Forest", you could put in a ride themed after the unicorn (what was its name?) and one called Aragog.

Somewhere inside the castle you could make a ride called "Nearly-headless Nick" with a lot of head-chopper effects.

Maybe a kiddie-themed called "Draco's Dragon."

You should have a waterslide leading down into the chamber of secrets and have a your basilisk coaster down there. However, the only way back into the castle should be flying coaster (just the lift hill) with the entrance at the bottom and the exit at the top and once after the exit have it turn 180 degrees to a steep drop down, followed by a series of block brakes.

Voldemort's Power Surge: A big launch coaster.

Wow! Maybe I should make one of these!

My sister is obsesed with Harry Potter and she made me make a Harry Potter park for her. You should make a douling coaster called Harry vs. Malfoy. You could also make a coaster thats under the ground called The Chamber of Secretes.

-----------------
Coaster count:32
top3 wood:Boulder Dash, Wildcat, Thunderhawk
top3 steel: Steel Force, Nitro, S:ROS@ SFNE

Okay, my opinion: Because you sit on top of a broomstick, I think an Arrow Hyper or a Giga would be the best for a Quidditch coaster. It's all about the sense of exposure. I think your Quidditch pitch ought to contain a dueling coaster, one track called Gryffindor (which would be red, obviously), and the other called Slytherin (green). And, of course, it would be set up so that Gryffindor always wins!
The Golden Snitch should be a large golden wild mouse. you could make a carride go through-out the castle and give a tour.

800,000 years in 7 seconds: Time Machine the movie or next S&S creation?

Hermione Is Hot, you like Harry Potter also. Cool! It's one of my obsessions! I loved the second movie so much!
