Harmonic hills won't let me raise or lower land. My strategy guide (Prima) says "Keep everything below the tops of the tress, as specified by the city's ordinance, by going underground." How can you tunnel if there's noplace for the ride to go underground? Is there a vertical face that I missed, I can't find any.

Well, Prima is well known for basing their guides off of incomplete versions of games. So it's highly possible that in an earlier form the game allowed you to raise/lower the land in that scenario.
When I did this scenerio I built the smaller coasters (mini steel, wild mouse, single seat suspended coaster) When I built them I made them go down the slopes and around the trees since you can't remove them. They weren't very exciting but people rode them. What about a LIM launch coaster with sharp turns. Wild Mouse are easiest to build with the tight turns.

Yeah, I thought up making a LIM launch too, I'll try that! I remember I managed to make a good woodie in the other no-remove-trees park (where I could build high enough!) I was just wondering if the strat guide was wrong or not.
