Hard Rock Park exec takes it easy as vision becomes reality

Steven Goodwin had a vision for the look and the rides of the Hard Rock Park for nearly a decade before construction began. Now the chief executive officer of the park gets to wander around the 140-acre lot off U.S. 501 making sure the 450-or-more workers are sticking to that vision in every detail. Goodwin said the experience of seeing his drawings, his plans and his ideas built around him is surreal.

That's a really good article. I can attest to his feelings. There's nothing like imagining something, drawing it and then seeing it constructed. I'm looking forward to seeing what this park is like when it opens. It's not every day a brand new park comes online!

This park looks really cool. I love the idea that it is framed around music. I'm just wondering how I'm going to get down there next year.
