Hoo boy...not that I'm one to talk, but it ain't about the carbs, it's about the calories...and more specifically how much you take in versus how many you use.

If we should concentrate on anything, it should be getting more fiber and protein...I guess in a way going low-carb does that.

I say if you want to drink beer, drink real beer and go for a nice hike or coaster marathon the next day. Life's too short for low-carb beer.
