Halloweekend opener at Cedar Point to feature Elvira

Part of Cedar Point's expansion of Halloweekends this year includes a special guest appearance by Elvira, the well known horror hostess. She will open the Fright Zone at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, September 21 and Saturday, September 22. Guests will be able to meet Elvira at Lusty Lils and buy Elvira merchandise while at the park.

She is still a hottie, even though she has been around.

Gross. Yuck. Sorry, she doesn't even remotely make the 40 Gold Club (which currently consists of Sela Ward, Julianne Moore and Madonna, perhaps others I can't think of).

To Cedar Point's credit, she is tough to book this time of year, I would think.

How old is she? She's got to be at least 50. Anyone who is that creepy could never be a "hottie," I would think, no matter how old/young she is!

I do think it's cool that Halloweekends is a big enough event now to have guest star appearances. I'd love to see Alice Cooper there next year!

I liked Cassandra Patterson in her only movie: "Elvira: Mistress of the Dark" which was made I think in 1988.

Although by today's standards, I think anyone would say it sucked... back then, I must have watched it about 20 or so times. She's got a nice figure, and has aged quite well...

...Although, I still wonder what Cassandra looks like without her black wig.

I suppose it is personal taste, but I would love to meet her. I have been a fan for many years.

Elvira is a hottie, no matter how old she is (and she's up close to her 60's). You go girl!
