I've been "paused" on the Florida version in a similar position. It's not comfortable, but I didn't find it particularly distressing. Emotionally.

The complaint says their cart was at first stuck "midair at an angle that left them tilted backward and to the right"

Disclaimer: Not making light of anyone's injuries and whatever damages that were suffered should be compensated.

They will be fine. Which is exactly what the judge should also tell them.

It could have been much worse, they could have been stuck on RRR

Stuck on RRR > Riding RRR

Being stuck sideways or upside down for (allegedly) an hour would kind of suck. You'd think they would have a better way to handle this in the case of a fault or power outage.

Take this with a grain of salt, but I recall someone telling me that the operations manual has stuff about decapitations. It's hard for me to tell, despite having looked toward all of the places you're not supposed to look during the ride, but I'm not sure if any of the scenes actually enter the envelope of where the robotic arms could in theory reach, but they come awfully close.

I want to sue based on the regular ride experience. When I just think about my ride it makes me nauseous...10 years later. I would be thanking them for stopping it in any position so long as they let me get off.

I wish I could be compensated every time I'm emotionally distressed. I'd have to move to a larger house with more rooms to hold all my bags of money.

Moving is pretty distressing to boot.

I’ve heard having bags of money can be distressing.
