Based on my description guess the coaster:
The ' means degrees not feet.
Leaves the station and travels approximately 30 feet and turns to the right 180' and starts up the 90 ft. lift. Drops down the big hill and hits 1 speed hill, then climbs up the next hill turns and drops to the left. That droping turns is more than 180'. It then climbs up the next hill turns to the right 180' gradually dropping. Once around the turn it finishes the drop. It then starts to climb up hill to the right next to the second drop and exits dropping after the speed hill. It hits several small bunny hops before hitting the brakes and crossing under the lift to the station.
I'll give you a hint it's on the east coast and was built in the 20's.
