While you're correct that the train does not go over 70mph over the bunny hill, you're incorrect that it doesn't go over 70mph at the base of the third hill, because it most certainly does. Just pointing that out.
Also, like I said before, the MF train takes that bunny hill at LEAST at 55mph...but I wouldn't be surprised if it was actually over 60mph. So, 70mph, while unrealistic, isn't actually that far off.
