Great news from the Jersey Shore!

Oh, I'm sure it was. Perhaps the higher ups, planners, whoever, at Paramount decided they didn't want an old airplane ride marring the view of their new coaster's fancy plaza area, and it would serve better in the remodeled family area at Carowinds. That's fine.

I certainly won't cancel plans to go to KI or refuse to buy a ticket on account of it, that's for sure.

I'm sure a flying scooters ride like that wouldn't be very expensive. They should add it in an off year (like 2015, I suspect) and market it as a returning classic from the old days. Inexpensive, nostalgic, and new.

As for the Air Race, that is great news. I am planning a trip to the NJ shore and NYC for this summer. Ironically, both places will have the same Air Race ride we are talking about.
