Great Mall of Las Vegas

Screamscape reported this week about a new mega mall/indoor park being built in Las Vegas by the creators of the Mall of America and West Edmonton Mall. The only info I could find was this article from the Las Vegas Sun, which does confirm it will indeed include an amusement park:

Anyone know anything else about this project? Are we looking at a Camp Snoopy Vegas, or a Galaxyland South? Whichever one, glad to hear more rides are in the works for Vegas, just hope a big indoor or even outdoor coaster is part of the plan.
