Yes, pay for parking... but for a paved parking lot, it might finally be worth it. If they're going to designate a seperate one-entrance-only to the parking lot, there may indeed be a charge, but you most likely won't see it for 2005, because you still got the front lot for the early birds, as well as the over-flow lot, which it'll be hard to charge for each of those lots. Unofficially, it can be done... but officially, it'll be hard to keep enforcing the parking for those other 2 lots.

I think for 2006, they will charge for parking because the pedestrian bridge will be complete by then, as well as the hotel, and I'm sure they're going to spruce up the entrance one way or another to accomidate any spike they may recieve in attendance as well as to further their overall improvement in operations & looks.

To think that there will be a seperate entrance off of the thruway just for the park, is enough to warrent that this park is going somewhere.... but I know they will definately eliminate the light(s) on rt9n 'cause there's no need to have it since peeps will be crossing the bridge, and the entrance to the park will be located to the other end.
