Have any of you seen any deals or discounts being offered by a park that really made you sit up and take notice? One that made you say, "Now that's a great deal!"?
One that did that for me is one that Universal Orlando is running right now. They have a scratch ticket game here in Florida that gives you a chance to win free UO vacations and such. But if you bring a losing game ticket to the park and purchase an annual pass, you get another year on your pass for free. I thought that was pretty darn good!
A second year free is definitely a good deal. The other good deals that I'm familiar with are the half price or two fer admissions for ACE members at parks including Indiana Beach, PKI, and Holiday World.
When SFWoA was SFO (first year of operation) a full season pass was only $30 - a regular ticket was $25 (this was opening day) - I never saw this deal again, although I also didn't go back to the park for a good 2-3 months after the first day it opened.
Are Six Flags season passes the same as Cedar Fair? I thought on my way out on Saturday I saw on a sign in the ticket booths you still had to pay like $10 to get in?

It's very lucky but my mum and dad who work for an airline and got airline discount. We got 5 Busch gardens tickets ($250) down to about $130 which i thought was very good and i also loved the come back next day for $10 or whatever it is. So 2 days in busch gardens only cost my parents about $36 each!!!
And i love my thorpe park, chessington, alton towers, heidi park, madamme tussauds waxworks(all over the world) season ticket for £70!!Which also gets me 5 single day tickets for 5 european parks which i can't remember.

Wild Adventures is selling Season Passes for $39.95 right now, good until 12-31-02. They also offer "second day free, within six days for any paying admission.
Also, a local radio station recently had a contest to win two tickets to SFOG, SFMM, and Stratosphere Tower's attractions, including all airfare, travel, lodging, and food (plus $100 spending money). THAT is a good deal.
My two favorite coasters are named Superman.
I think free drinks at Holiday World is a great deal. When I visited, I was just like "wow". I thought that was pretty cool.
Cedar Point vs. SFMM-like 15 isnt enough?
When I went to Busch Gardens earlier this year, after my day at the park, I got my regular one-day ticket upgraded to a season's pass. I thought that was pretty crazy. Does this deal still exist?
