Fourteen photos taken from approximately 1,000 feet above Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ have been posted at Great Adventure Source. The photos show the current state of construction of El Toro, the park's wooden coaster planned to open in spring of 2006. The photos show the demolition of part of Frontier Adventure to make room for the new coaster and a new themed area, Plaza Del Carnaval.

This guy always takes fantastic pictures. And look at that packed (October) parking lot!, now THAT is a FRIGHT FEST!
That parking lot is nothing compared to some days. We have had a run of REALLY bad (rainy) weather here in NJ lately so the crowds have been down. These pics were obviously on a rare nice day. It's when the overflow lot is full and they have people over in the Hurricanre Harbor parking lot that is scary! This happens often for FF and it isnt fun OR scary, it's just plain miserable! lol
I must say that is one very crowded lot, and great pictures as always.
