GP Horror Stories

Luckly I have never had a ride op that was so bad as to make me put any stories down in that thread, but I have met GPs from hell and im wondering if anyone else has some interesting stories.

Heres my favorite one:

2000-Magnum XL-200 less then ten minutes till closing. For those of you that dont know, it is a tradition of mine (that I hope will still be worth it this year) to do a Magnum marathon during the last 15-30 min before the park closes. Usually Im doing this on my own, but this year my family decided to do it too. Well, I was the odd man out in our group of five, so I got on one train before the rest of my family. My sister and mom enter the first row of the last car. In the row in front of them as they are going up the lift hill one college aged male decides to light up a ciggerette on the lift. During the ride he holds it high so it just so happens to start showering my sister and her long hair in hot ashes. Luckly she wasnt hurt, but something serious could have happened. The entire train fingered him to the ride ops when it returned to the station and he was swiftly escorted out of the park by the CP police (allthough he only really lost about ten minutes of ride time).

On Roaring Rapids at SFGAm, a few of the riders thought it would be great to unbuckle their seatbelts and 'rock' the raft while the ride was in motion. They continued to do this until we passed by the ride-op with the water cannon(although it took several attempts for them to sit down, even with the pre-recorded message telling them to sit down and buckle up). Once we passed through the cave, the group was up and at it again.
I was dispatching a train at GASM just after it opened one morning, and a girl in the front car nutted up and tried to get out. She was just above the height limit and kind of small anyway, so she had no trouble starting to stand as the train began leaving. Luckily the car hadn't gotten out of the station and I let up from the dispatch buttons, bringing it to a halt and let her out.

It was one of those situations where you wanted to yell at the and hug them at the same time. She was terrified, but ok. Resumed normal operation after she got off the dock.

Is that a Q-bot in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

My friend who worked at X-flight last year was standing by the entrance when the ride was closed due to lightning in the area (or something like that), and an irate customer came up to him and said "I don't like the way you guys run things around here". He then proceded to kick him off of the chair he was sitting on, steal his height-stick, and began to attack him by hitting him with the stick in the chest. The jerk was removed from the park, but not after my buddy had bruises all across his chest from the beating the guy gave him.

Stupid people got out of Splash Mountain while the ride was going during my 2001 and my 2002 WDW trip. Things like this could happen a lot on that ride since there aren't any restraints.
Yeah, Splash Mountain is a problem. When I went a guy was leaning over the front of the boat and kissing the little figure and the front for the on-ride photo.
