Gotti Show - Splish Splash

I think this might be abit dated, but a couple of weeks ago my wife was watching Growing Up Gotti. She called me in because she saw a segment that was filmed at Splish Splash, our Long Island Water Park - (It's a very good park but heated water would make it a great park!)

Anyway, they showed segment where some of the characters were trying to jump into the wave pool from the sides, instead of simply walking in from the shallow end. The lifeguards called security and the guards were explaining to the offenders why jumping into the pool could be dangerous and that it was jeapordizing thier saftey and the saftey of the people in the pool that they could possibly land on.

(I don't watch the show so I don't know the cast)The characters were saying, something like, "Aw come one - just let us do it a couple of more times..."

The guards were polite but firm. The scene then cut to some of the cast leaving the park escorted by the guards as they were cursing and complaining. (Of course on TV the curses were bleeped out).

Score one for waterpark security.

By the way - the park looked good, but crowded in the segment. It's usually packed and on weekends, cars exceed the lot and are parked along the grass areas of Route 25.

I saw that episode too. Man those Gotti kids are spoiled rotten!
