Got 2nd Version of RCT. I need help!

Ok. How to I put up the roof on the walls in this version? I tried that many times since I got the game, and it's impossible.

Hold down Shift, that should do it.

Recommended cards for the game? I should of stuck with nvidea, or ATI but i got the chaintech Volare V3 XGI card it runs well...just had some frustrating issues with RCT3 not cooperating. Colin is right about that though...just seeing if anyone has had any graphic problems while running the game..with a high end graphics card other than ati.

Notice he said 2nd version,not 3rd so I take it to mean RCT2.

Now if you've played RCT2 then you'd note that the controls for rasing scenery are the same for RCT3 as they are for RCT2.

Why does it matter? Colin gave him the correct advice the first time.

My computer does not fit the RCT 3 system requirements, so I got the 2nd version.

It would help if you told us that you had a problem... "just seeing if anyone has had any graphic problems" isn't a very good way of saying that you need help.

What card have you got?I'm using the standard intel card my PC came with,sure the lag is annoying in big,full parks but at least the game runs.

You have the chaintech volare card heh? have you considered a radeon card? that's what the recommended card is according to the box & manual.

well its Chaintech Volarie XGI V3...but i went back to my more older ATI Radeon 7000 only because it can run RCT3, but i'm gonna stick to the ATI Line and buy one of the 9000 series AGP 8x Direct X 9 compatible cards. I wouldn't reccommend to anyone going offbrand if you plan to play rct3. No problems...only cuz the card was a piece of sh*t and a waste of money.

what do u mean 2nd version? You mean the patch or is there a new download patch for soaked out? I haven't been on here in a long time...is there a new patch for soaked out?

well they were first talking about RCT2 but it ended up at RCT3 discussion. Not sure if there is a Soaked patch, found alot wrong with soaked that could use a patch.
