Good Weekend or Week-Long Trip Destinations?

I'm just wondering if you guys know of anywhere to go for a weekend or even a week or so with a couple parks pretty close to each other. For example, in L.A. there's SFMM, Knott's, Disneyland, and a bunch of smaller parks like Legoland, Castle Park, Scandia etc.

So what are other good places to go?

Paramount's Kings Island Lesourdsville Lake and Stricker's Grove would be good for a weekend. But you would have to go to Stricker's Grove on 4th of July or the second Sunday in August.

Hershey, Knoebels, Dorney Park, Dutch WonderLand, and William's Grove with Hershey being the middle ground. We were actually planning this trip this August but we are going to Florida in October instead.

Another one would be PKD, BGW and SFA with PKD being middle ground.

Come to Allentown (no other reason to):

15 minutes or less: Dorney & Bushkill
1 hour: Hershey / Dutch Wonderland
1 1/2 hours: SFGAdv & Knoebels

Dorney Park visits in 2002: 15

I just took a trip that was to Cedar Point, Six Flags Worlds of Adventure, Paramount Kings Island, Lesourdsville Lake and Holiday World. I did it in 5 days and its very realistic if ya think about it. Cedar Point and SFWOA are close together, PKI and LL are close together. Cincinnati is about a 4 hour drive from cleveland and santa claus is 3 hours from cincinnatti.
